The life of her daughter Chris and her own Sharon.

I guess Vermouth never showed her trueself,as if she always had some disguise on(Maybe she disguised as a "Younger Vermouth")

A friend of mine also had the same doubt,and he thought that Vermouth also took the APTX4869 to lose some years. I don't think so, but I can't prove him wrong...

But those people were tailing the children on Akai's orders. Wouldn't that make them connected to the FBI instead?

Also, I think, because the smoke was exhaled from lips, which resemble a woman's.

I think it's the fact they look incredibly alike. They could be someone else that happens to match coincidentally.

yeah, while I do see that as a possibility, most likely Gosho just drew whatever so that we couldn't figure out who they are. (until recently I could have sworn it was supposed to be Jodie and James Black, though I don't think that's it)
