I'm giving this a bump since 563 raw is out. (I saw it on YT) What do you guys think?

Since it's still raw I'll keep my thought in spoiler boxes.

The music from movie 13 fits well in this ep. I'm glad they're using it.
Keep your eyes peeled for "Kentocky Straight Wild Tarkey Bourbon" I assume they misspelled it for trademark reasons but it's still Engrish in my book.
They portrayal of the alley scene was different than I expected. I thought in the anime Jodie seemed more hesitant in chasing after scar Akai down the alley than in the manga. Anyone else think this?
Lastly I am not a fan of the way they did scar Akai's burn. I like the manga style better.

She seemed so hesitant, but the anime always slows down the action in DC, it is almost like watching a slowmotion. ^^'
Some blood was erased (the shooting of the guy), Scar Akai's scar was as if was a scar from moths ago. It should have been more pink, I remember when I burned my foot (don't let me cook) it took months to be it more brownish than redish. But I can be wrong in that. Oh well.

I was glad to hear Jodie's fake-accent, I really missed that. ^^

I usually just wait for the subs since I cannot understand anything.  What I was actually hoping for was new ads for M14, but there were none even though they started hyping M13 around this time last year.

Thanks for sharing about the burn color changing over time. I'll have to file that info under my list of minor details that may become useful if I ever write a mystery short story (yes, I do keep strange lists of information like that).
I love Jodie's fake accent too. Besides just being funny, I missed it because I actually can kind of understand what she is saying because she speaks more slowly...

You make an excellent point. I'm not sure how much time would have passed since Shuu was "killed" so I wonder how much healing could have taken place since then? Maybe I should add that to my list of reasons scar Akai is not Akai?

Haven't watched it, but...

425 wasn't animated in widescreen, so if they showed scenes directly from it, they would either have to stretch it or box it ala what they did for the 345 flashback in Clash (by adding a blur out-box effect). More likely: It was re-animated.
