Well it's certainly true that every so often someone just seems to discover that Conan is Shinichi (Shinichi's parents, Heiji, Vermont, Eisuke) so I guess somewhere between now and 850-900 someone else is about to enter the group.

If you think about it right now either Takagi, who has Conan finger prints from his phone, or Okiya Subaru who has frequent contact with Conan outside cases and lives in his house are the ones more likely to discover it by themselves. (Well Kogoro has given us a few scares either resisting the dart for a time or waking up and reading the phone message during the recent "bomber" case but if he has remained clueless after hearing his voice before being put asleep and being shot while looking at Conan...)

As for the MPD, I don't think Takagi, Sato or any of the officers will ever discover Conan's true identity before the series finale. It just wouldn't match the way the police is generally portrayed in DC, they all act kinda 'superficially' when it comes to investigations, drawing conclusions, etc. Takagi was close once (Vol. 36?), but his suspicions regarding Conan seemed to evaporate within a few minutes as they didn't even play a minor role until now. It seems like he didn't even give them a second thought once they got out of that elevator and then he just forgot about it (which is kinda odd, considering Conan's strange reaction ('I'll tell you on the other side', or something like that)

Subaru has already figured it out for sure. I think he had it after the events of the paper plane case. If he is Akai, he was already trying to figure out how Shiho Miyano wound up going back to grade school. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that if Shiho has been shrunken, there might be others as well. He hasn't hinted anything about Conan's identity, but that might be because Okiya doesn't have definitive evidence yet. If Akai is anything like Conan, he will hold his cards until he has sure proof.

I have a half-baked theory that maybe Kogoro already knows and is just playing along, but the evidence is iffy so I don't strongly support it.

Of course Takagi already asked Conan who he was. I bet Takagi will figure it out before Sato. The real question is Megure since he has been working with Shinichi for a long long time. I'm darn surprised Megure hasn't shown any suspicion so far since he has much more experience with Shinichi than Takagi. Then again, Megure has been "called" by Shinichi several times so I doubt he even thinks Shinichi is missing.

it almost seems like they are subtly hinting that Satou knows/will know soon enough (mainly that case after the 2 one hour specials and Azusa's brother case) but I'll go with Okiya Subaru as well.

I actually hope it's Sonoko as Sonoko and Conan seem to have some amazing comedic chemistry.

I mentioned the same thing once...but others found a way to tear that theory up about the fingerprints.
Oh lol, I remember one time Kogoro resisted. Conan shot him, and for a few seconds he looked unaffected, and then he passed out(with Conan noticing that he resisted. XD).

I also recall someone mentioning Mitsuhiko and Conan's glasses during the castle case in volume 21...about how Mitsuhiko didn't notice that the glasses didn't affect his vision or something...

Could it be Kogoro? I put some evidence out there for and against once. It's not that great of an argument but let me dig it up again... While Kogoro might know Conan's identity, it could be the case that Kogoro only strongly suspects and waffles back and forth like Ran.

Arguments for Kogoro knowing:
1# As stupid as Kogoro can be sometimes, I’m sure he’s noticed Conan hanging around whenever he gets pricked by the needle. Conan calls him out to places in order to dart him and sometimes starts in on the bowtie before putting Kogoro to sleep. Also, it's suspicious that Kogoro hasn't sought any sort of professional help for sudden narcolepsy and memory loss.
2# Back in chapter 5 when Ran asked Kogoro if Conan could stay over at their house for the time being, he consented pretty quickly saying he got the feeling that with Conan around he would solve cases easily. This could easily be attributed to Gosho pushing the plot in order to move forward. A similar logic also applies for Kogoro allowing Conan and Ran to come on a lot of his investigations. The allowance could be to just push the plot.
3# Kogoro knows Shinichi from when he was a boy. There are also photo albums around so there is nothing stopping him from recognizing the similarity. In chapter 10.16 he feels like he’s seen Conan before around the time Ran was in grade school.
4# Kogoro starts questioning Conan’s incredible ability in (chap 11.13) When the criminal claims he is beaten by a kid, Kogoro immediately identifies the closest kid at hand… While Ran says no way, Kogoro doesn’t reject the possibility out loud. (12.16)
5# In 10.15, Conan makes the excuse that his parents who were in a hospital had then went overseas. In 33.03 Mouri asks when his parents will get back from America. How did he know Conan’s parents were in America? I Need to check translation quality for this. Based on the anime version of chap 10 (ep 38) America is not mentioned at all. (Note the ep. is out of order.) Confirmed by Ginrei that in the original japanese, Kogoro said "foreign country" instead of America. It's an unfortunate case of translation imprecision.
6# In The Desperate Revival arc (253.17), Ran says she has the same blood type as Conan’s after he is shot. Kogoro’s reaction is a little anomalous - “How do you know?” (translation from the anime ep 189) and a rather shocked look akin to Agasa's who is in on the secret.

Arguments against Kogoro knowing:
#1 Obviously Kogoro doesn’t seem like he realizes Conan is Shinichi.
#2 Kogoro does on occasion suggest things like Ran and Conan take a bath together which seems to go against his overly protective nature. (File 251 thanks Abs.!)
#3 Kogoro let Conan go with his fake parents easily (49.06)

Their shower/bath is broken, and Ran wants to go over to Agasa's to use his.  Kogorou suggests that they bathe together so they can hurry and come back.  Ran protests VEHEMENTLY.

I remember now! I was thinking about Heizo! In volume 32...

Heiji clearly says "Kudo" right before he goes to confront the criminal, which is also right before Conan gets held back. Heizo must have been nearby in order to get Conan that quickly...meaning he also must have heard Heiji call Conan "Kudo".

I guess that isn't much proof...T_T But whatever. It's a possibility.
