OVA 9 question (Spoilers, maybe?)

Just wanna ask:

At the scene where Shin'ichi found Ran at his house....
Ran said that she and Shin'ichi shared memories (or something like that) within that place (more specifically, the library).
If that's true, what memories is it? Is it just mentioned or shown in an episode?
because I cannot recall then together in that place except the time when he became Conan.
Please, somebody. Someone. Answer please.

Since she no longer thinks Conan is Shinichi she's literally talking about the moments she shared with Shinichi - before he turned into Conan.

So probably memories like setting the library on fire while playing or something :D.

Probably a hint that Ran knew that Conan was Shinichi all along? lol.

I sort of doubt there's any actual significance to the place, to me it seemed like more of an excuse to refer to ginkgo colored love, with the whole "I'll be waiting at the place of memories in 10 years" thing.

and if you really want a reason, as it's shinichi's dream, ran might know of it as a place of memories just because he may have thought of it as one, what with it being where he basically started his new life as conan and all. Or, you can just say that it's a dream and it doesn't need a reason :P

Well no she did say it was the place where she has the most memories of him.  I always thought that meant she has the most memories of Shinichi in that library.  Considering what a bookworm Shinichi is (Holmes Holmes Holmes) I'm guessing there is some sort of basis why the anime writing team decided on the place.

I would say they decided on the place because it's basically the only room in the house we've seen to any great extent (sure, we've seen other parts in glimpses, but whenever there's extended talking going on, 90% of the time it's in the library), but you could be right, I may just be dismissing it too quickly solely because it's a dream.

Funny. That's what I'm thinking.

It's probably more that they spent a lot of time together there reading and studying. Very plausible, but really an idea novel to the OVA rather than based on anything shown in the manga. (Most of the pre-APTX incident flashbacks are about them getting into trouble having more physically active adventures together.... Heh, maybe it's where she bandaged him most often?)
