Could you help me sort those chapter number ?

Since DCTP releases format was per chapter, I'm having a hard time sorting those chapters into volumes..
So can anyone help me sort the chapter number starting from volume 62 up to the recent release ?
Example :
Vol 62 = chapter xxx to xxxx
Vol 63 = ...
and so on..
I really appreciated your help ;D

Oh right, i completely forgot to search the all-knowing-Wikipedia ;D

btw, for the bottommost part, for the chapters not yet in tankÅ

11 is generally the case, unless there's oddly paged chapters among them. Then, it's anybody's guess.

True, some times there are 10 files... but I guess we can generalized... though I'd list them by case most of the time instead of volumes, it's easier to know the contents by title than numbers... for me anyway ^_^
