oh god, now the only proof that's stopping me from appearing completely insane is the subject of my previous post
I feel so vulnerable.

I still think Subaru is Bourbon. However, there's another theory I thought of that was very subtly hinted at that I'm not sharing with anyone.
it seems that his voice has this "he is talking, which is undeniably awesome" feeling to it that every major BO member (Gin, Vodka, Vermouth, Kir, Chianti, Korn, even former members Rye and Sherry) has.

Sorry, but since episode 521 the series went downhill and it is getting worse and worse ...
That's my opinion.
i dislike the anime since episodes 500 ... i think their drawing(i'm not talking about the quality of pictures, but the way they draw the characters) are getting worse than before(episodes 340 until 450...) ,and they add (or change) many things from the original manga

i don't enjoy episodes than before ,it's sad ! but then again ,that's just what i think

Yeah, what happened to episodes like:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3Ymeckn760
and
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is5QrUK9Xx4
This new story arc seems out of place and it also doesn't feel like Detective Conan anymore.

It has way too many cliches and sometimes it's just ridiculous. As you already mentioned, the art style is also terrible.
yeah!you're right!!happy(or sad) to see some people who feel the same about dc episodes!even bo arc don't satisfy me like before!maybe it's because dc is a very long manga so we don't enjoy it as before

i don't know!

Well, to lay it out in a bit of detail:
The main problem Gosho is having in keeping the suspense of the series alive is not just the revolving plotlines but the tone. The series just doesn't seem to take itself very seriously anymore--we know when a new plot character is introduced that they'll be around for two years before being swept under the carpet for another one, and that keeps going and and going. As long as the series keeps doing this 360, it just isn't going to win anyone back.
Compare the Okiya plotline in the 500's to that of Jodie from the 200's. Then Vermouth in the 300's. Then Kir in the 400's. Notice a pattern?
I really hate to be that guy, but honestly, Gosho needs to get a grip for a minute. Fantastic writer when he wants to be--and I don't want to be the one to point this out to him, but... Having to fall back on the old "wait, is this a disguise?" suspense tactic is just lousy. There are plenty of ways of introducing suspense--give Conan a real rival that undoubtedly outshines him on a case or two, and then you can get fans talking. Until then, just insinuating as to whether people are in disguise or not is just Gosho's way of having them show up 4 times before being traded for another character.

i agree with all that you said!!!(and i don't think that it's bad to point the things which bother us, nobody is perfect, even our gosho aoyama!) i would like to see in this arc variations of gosho's trick when somebody is introduced,(not to change the story, but change the strategy to keep the suspens as you said)!
or else it will be a bit predictable and boring! that's my opinion, i love dc and gosho, and i don't want to get tired or beeing disapointed by my fav manga!
oh and your idea of having a real rival who outshine conan sometimes would be cool, especially if he surpasses conan for cases!

I haven't much of a clue exactly if Subaru is in the BO or not (unlike Eisuke, where even a child could figure out he wasn't evil), which is why I like it. Also, why does the "BO Spidey senses" Haibara have have randomly went on and off twice? I don't have a clue.
However, this case was pretty lame outside of everything Subaru and Haibara did (and the continuity with the fishing case). Seriously, the reason for murder felt like a blatant ripoff of another case(I want to say episodes 39-40).
I have a feeling a lot of people will change their minds about this arc after next year. (similar to how I went from not caring to loving the Eisuke arc because of the photograph case and all of Clash of Red and Black)

that's just what we feel! if you compare the drawing of episodes 335 until 400+ they looks like more gosho's style than the newest episodes( i find they looks like the movies ,the graphics are more linear, less rounding and less precise...just my opinion, cause i draw a lot myself so i'm more sensitive to these differences) i don't know if you see what i mean
