i voted for an other cia/fbi agent.a lot of people think he's akai or bourbon,but it's too obvious for me,i hope gosho will surprise us like he did in vol 42!

I'm pretty sure he's Bourbon, or at least I hope he is (as an enemy that matches wits with the protagonist).  I can't see Gosho doing the "they look like the enemy but they're really allies" thing again with this part of the series.  He's already done it twice (Jodie/Akai, Eisuke/Rena) before.

well, in my opinion, okiya has to be Akai  ;D
Because:

1.) Why would Conan accept him in his house? (I dont think that The "he is a sherlock fan, so he cant be a bad person" theory was serious meant)
2.) He is shocked in chapter 699 when ayumi says ""There was a familiar guy in the bank, the one who was in the bus-jack incident. At the time of the bus-jack he didn’t have any burn mark, he had a black cap on his head if I remember correctly." as Conan 48:49 said.

it's not too late to not ruin the major plot twist for everyone by making your post match the one I just quoted

first, conan will see the bottle of bourbon and think he's bourbon

then conan will confront him at some point, at which point okiya will take off his mask, revealing himself to be Yuusaku, making conan relieved

then it turns out that Yuusaku is the leader of the BO

then it turns out that yuusaku's BO codename is Bourbon anyway. They'll say that this links to the BO by saying that "bourbon" starts with BO

don't blame me if this ends up being true.

I think it's someone else because...
1) It would be too obvious for Gosho's style if he was Bourbon
2) It would be boring if it was another law enforcement member, since that already happened with Jodie, James, Akai, and Mizunashi Rena...
3) It would be really interesting that way... (sorry, I use a lot of dots... "D.O.T.S. W.I.L.L. R.U.L.E. T.H.E. W.O.R.L.D.!!!..." -M.y. A.n.o.n.y.m.o.u.s. F.r.i.e.n.d.)
4) As for Haibara's BO sensory nerves, it might be because that person has some contact with the organization somehow, but doesn't really do much

My friend claims that it is Haibara's father or some other relative, who faked their death...
It might be interesting if it were actually some older sister of Hakuba's that learned the art of disguise from Kaito, and came to spy on Conan because Hakuba and Kaito made him... And then Conan and the other kids drag her out someplace, and they meet Hakuba by chance, and he goes like: "Oh aneki, what the h-ll are you doing here?"
(I'm pretty sure that you understand by now that I am totally insane...)

Okiya with an badass Killer smile and a gun in the hand would be nonplusultra... until we see Gin with an MG. XD

Maybe he's Jodie's male counterpart. A guy who also has a bone to pick with a particular BO member. I'm waiting for Gosho to shock me with a revelation (I love those moments)!

I hope so! I just don't want to categorize Okiya as one of the bad guys because that would entail me wanting to see him defeated (which I don't want to do!).
