shojo is the type of manga/anime that has a romance or fantasy theme(s)... shonen centers around action...

I see

Thanks for the describing.
Well yes and no.
I like animes where there is a family and friendships and so on.
For example : The fact that kaito and shinichi are helping each other is so cool! Okay maybe they arent friends, but that there is a familiar background and that they are helping each other is awesome.
I mean in this anime everbody is knowing each other (look ova 2 xD)
And I like it

)
But I cant imagine DC without Action..

the (oddly?) realistic characters. Probably one of the only manga/anime I like where the characters remind me of people in real life.

hey, isn't
shojo - girl and
shonen - boy?
at least, that's what I know.

They're probably named shojo and shonen to show what the target audience is.

yup... just add the little before the words... when used in genres of anime, they mean 'for girls' and 'for boys'...
