i guess... hmm xD
i'd Choose Kamikaze Kaitou jeanne i guess *have no other with a thief in mind XD*
because conan is really intelligent so he'd try to catch her (but even miyako cant catch her
XD (bad example because miyako never is able to catch her :_D)
jea.. or i'd like to see Conan Vs. Lucky Star
XD it might be funny.. Konata so lazy and somehow stupid and conan the genius XDD
that would be fun :'D

LOL ! i agree with you.. Lucky Star is just so hilarious

Conan vs. Holmes (Battle of two great detectives!)
Conan vs. Carmen Sandiego (Conan will use clues left behind to finally track her down!)
Conan vs. Matlock (would be a great revive to the Matlock franchise!)

Detective Conan vs. Ace Attorney series (Phoenix Wright) - Not an anime but they would really work well together because the genres match. The character interactions would be hilarious. Maybe instead of an anime special they would make a videogame?

Conan & Ranma 1/2
The series' concepts don't work very well together, but since so many of the voice actors are in both, it would be neat to see the characters side-by-side. I'm still amazed that Ranma-onna and Ai are played by the same actor.

Conan vs. Crayon Shin-chan
I still laugh a lot when I see how Shin-chan impersonates Conan in that series using Minami's voice. XXD If tehy would met in a real show... rofl!

Well, Conan and Narumi (from anime "Spiral") would be very interesting! Both are detectives and very intelligent. Is there anyone who knows Spiral?
Conan and Sato from nhk would be great too, i'm thinking how conan would help sato to leave the hikikomori life (the genre have nothing to do with each other, but might be funny /o/ )
And i agree with c-square, Conan and Ranma would be good as well, haha

Hmm for some odd reason I want to see "Magic Kaitou" with "Yotsuba". For some odd reason I picture her chasing him with fish...

I've been attempting to write that fic for like, six months, but nothing is working...
