My dream is to see more cases from the special volumes animated. It's unfair that WPS and Hannin are getting animated first.

Unknown. As far as I know, they haven't made any announcements about it.

I know that Hanzawa and Zero Tea Time will be streamed on Netflix.

Confirmed, Crunchyroll has rights for WPS because it's counted as part of Detecitve Conan series.
