Have not posted in ages but I guess this thread might be a great help to summarize Detective Conan episodes with setting outside Tokyo.
Why am I asking? Serious answer is for Japan Tourism.
DC Episodes tagged as Mystery Tours have been easy google targets and have helped me draft my previous travel itineraries (e.g. Kyushu- Nagasaki - Beppu related episodes; Hiroshima/Miyajima Island episodes) and hopefully in the future Kinosaki and Okayama episode locations would come into fruition.
Osaka and Kyoto locations are more famously known so those under the radar would be much appreciated.
