Conan and Haibara aren't pedophiles, so I think Mitsuhiko, Genta, and Ayumi will be in a bitter love triangle resembling a Japanese version of Popeye.

I'm going to say that eventually things will take a turn for the unexpected.. Genta and Mitsuhiko will turn gay with each other and make a love child. Then Ayumi will find out Conan is actually Shinichi. Not wanting to hurt him or Ran, she commits suicide and Shinichi solves the case. The End.

Bah! Sarcasm! It's the truth.. hehe. Nah, I voted for Ayumi and Mitsuhiko. Genta is like the third wheel of things. He's like that friend that you bring along because he's funny sometimes, but most of all you want to make him feel wanted.

I vote for them for example.
Its right, they arent a couple but maybe they will be?
Because i dont think that Ai will want to grow again, she will live as Haibara..(in my opinion)

I think that it's kinda hard to a circle friends turn to a love circle, and i hope that they stay as a friends forever, this thing of friendness turn to a love case aways ruin the old-and-good times, furthermore, i really can't see future in any pair of those mentioned =-P

Only if Haibara doesn't return to her normal body a pairing with Mitsuhiko is possible and I feel that when they finally find and antidote Conan will take it but Haibara will stay a child so I guess it could be possible, for some reason I'm not sure that Haibara wants to return to being an adult
