I agree. It's turning ridiculous, I don't see a reason to delay the plot episodes so much.
Maybe they're in need to stall for time because of the hiatus in the manga? To avoid catching up too much?
But anyway I agree that this wait is turning ridiculous.

I mean 6 weeks of manga hiatus requires atleast 9 weeks of anime hiatus, not much else they can do than go back to this after or start it now.

The new hiatus was already covered given the 45 chapter difference between the manga and the anime.
This whole thing leads to a pretty funny situation where at least 10 episodes will have passed between Conan learning about Kohji Haneda and him looking up the case on the internet.

Sure, but in the manga he went through a full lovey dovey flashback between Kuroda showing up in Tokyo and asking Haibara if something's up with him (plus other things he thinks about or realizes in one case and then drops until he finally decides to think about them again). The anime is 100% faithful to the spirit of the manga, I say

Though in the anime, there was less of a break between Hyoue's arrival in Tokyo and Shinichi/Conan bringing it up... but the catch was, that lovey dovey flashback came a year late, ending up interposed between Shinichi/Conan first learning about Koji Haneda and then looking him up on the internet. So, in a way, it actually goes
beyond Gosho's slow pace to the point of being stereotypical—and being
that slow paced with DC, of all things, is quite an accomplishment.

June 3, Ep 861 - 17年前と同じ現場 (前編) - The Same Crime Scene As 17 Years Ago (Part 1)
June 10, Ep 862 - 17年前と同じ現場 (後編) - The Same Crime Scene As 17 Years Ago (Part 2)
Clenched scissors case finally airing. We should be looking at a run of at least 9 canon episodes now (files 948 to 962).

By my indications, the next two cases after this (Soul Detective and Song called ASACA) should be two part each.

The Betrayal series should be a three-parter.

(I'm assuming that by "Betrayal series" you mean the Song called ASACA case)
If I'm not mistaken, it's comprised of four manga chapters, and as counterintuitive as this may sound, four manga chapters usually mean two anime episodes, or so I think.

Taking away the first few seasons, standard is as follows :
1 or 2 chapters > 1 episode
3 or 4 chapters > 2 episodes
5 or 6 chapters > 3 episodes
7 or 8 chapters : 4 episodes
10 chapters : 6 episodes (London)
There are exceptions of course, like the Nocturne series which turned 5 chapters into 4 episodes, but we all know how that turned out in terms of pacing.
