It would be better if they release a movie where kaito needs shinichi's help. Letting Shinichi disguise as Kaito (maybe in school scenes).

Unfortunately very very unlikely. Not only impossible because Kaito would never let Shinichi know his real identity but also because it's Conan and antidote wouldn't be used just for that. Besides movies need something bigger than a school scheme. Action, murder, romance or all of them. While a viable idea for fanfiction, practically impossible to be a movie.
