Apparently their new single is called Ikusen no Meikyuu de Ikusen no Nazo wo Toite. Could this be the same song?

Yes, "Ikusen no Meikyū de Ikusen no Nazo o Hodoite" and the opening will be apparantly be named the same. "Who is CONAN?" appears to be some promotional project for the single, but it's not the name of the song.

They have a special page for that as well (http://breakerz-web.net/special/whoisconan/), which so far only says:

Who is CONAN?

BREAKERZ New Single to be released on January 18, 2017

Who the hell is the identity of "Conan" appearing in the music clip of this song ...?

Their ED music tends to suck, but they've made a few good openings, such as Miss Mystery and Everlasting Luv.

I prefer ED 38 over the openings. But overall they`re at the bottom of the barrel along with Chipmunks.

Since Im on a phone I didnt hear this song yet, but Miss Mystery is among my most favorite Conan songs. There is a chance Ill like this one too.

It's like 4 second clip of the song so nothing to really comment on but I think the instruments sound really nice, so someone needs to put this on synthesia.

Personally I find their endings more likable the only Op I really liked was Miss Mystery.
Also Daigo by himself sucks, so I'd rather have the whole group than just him.

I actually like Overwrite or whatever it was called. The ending is what gets me. We Go was terrible, song and opening. Let's hope this is a good one.

2nded. The best parts of Breakerz' songs are the music itself, not the singing.

That's 100 times better than the 5 secs from before and the instruments are really powerful.

It says the video isn't available. Is there a way to put it on Dailymotion or the like?

Hmm.. at the very least it's listenable. With a little good will maybe even fine.
