stupid things

WARNING: I will be whining alot on this post, I hope this doesn't bother fellow fans of the show (yes I'm still a fan but these are things that urk me)
Sometimes I think there are stupid messages within the anime by the script writers and in general stupid endings.
COMPLAINT1: One i didn't like the old episode "An Idol's Locked Room Murder Case", where Yoko Okino was blamed for a possible murder when it was really the boyfriend who committed suicide and placed the blame on the Yoko. Seriously wtf is up with that? the boyfriend got treated like crap, the manager deliberately gave false information stating Yoko wanted to break up with him, and idol-star rival "Yuko Ikezawa" pretended to be yoko and abuse him.
Yoko is a massive b*tch!! the boyfriend loved her and died so sadly, why didn't she slap the crap out of her rival?? why didn't she FIRE the manager for making false claims that CAUSED the suicide?? she just continued her career like nothing happened. I mean what sadistic b*tch does that?
COMPLAINT2: why are all the cases about finding culprits within a finite group of obvious people to decide from and never outsiders? I never asked this question, but after a TON of episodes it really annoyed me how the format was so repetitive, i.e its always a group of people, then the culprit loses to circumstantial evidence then falls to their knees. You can't do that for over 800 episodes, also even if you do that stop giving us sob stories, THEN have conan put them down i.e there's never a reason to murder. Yes we shouldn't promote killing people, but alot (not all) had no choice and forced into a situation they can't get out of. EXAMPLE: i was watching a old episode "The Tragedy at the OK Corral" and conan says:
"you have to pay for what you have done"
"no matter how you try to hide it, it will not solve the problem"
"friendship and sympathy can never supersede the law"
lol what?? first of all the "ninomiya-kun" (the so-called culprit) didn't KILL anyone, the ranch owner knew of dirty deals about the antagonist of the episode and didn't tell ninomiya or even call the cops which MAY of averted the situation, ninomiya merely asked the antagonist what he saw, which was the antagonist (who also worked at the ranch) doing dirty dealings with some real estate broker he saw in a restaurant (where he deliberately stopped the horses from breeding and thus screwing them from making a income) and the guy tried to MURDER ninomiyain in cold blood to cover this, defending himself the bad guy fell back and hit his head on a horse shoe. It was self defence. Yet conan/shinichi showed NO remorse for him. What a utter scumbag thing to say and do to someone whos already suffered and in shock of watching someone die infront of him.
Don't give me the, "he still needs to go to jail because someone died" b.s. because what about the "The Cornered Famous Detective! Two Big Murder Cases" episode? what about the old man who uses Brazilian jiu jutsu and murders a women and then instead of admitting it or calling the cops he throws the body down a well to cover up his crime?? he NEVER went to jail
COMPLAINT 3 the police love story felt fun especially allowed for conan to use his skills without always using his stupid voice changing bow-tie. Also I use to find 'shiratori' annoying because his detective skills suck and his abit cocky (on the other hand so is korgoro). My point? I am sick of people picking on shiratori and trying to push sato and takagi together, even Conan is against shiratori, I was super upset when conan pretends to be takagi to separate shiratori and sato during the arranged marriage episode, I mean what did shiratori EVER do to conan/shinichi? to screw him out of his opportunity especially since shiratori played fair. I mean once again I aske, what did he ever do to conan for him to side with takagi? Its not like his ever abused his role as a police officer to hurt/abuse people, or use dirty conniving tactics to win satos heart. He played fair in the episode where sato was in an arranged marriage. Something she created HERSELF, THEN agreed to, THEN created the bet where if takagi doesn't arrive on time i.e sun down, she'll agree to the marriage, nowhere in the bet states if takagi stops the kissing the wedding is off.
Also when the "F" did sato ever like takagi, even when takagi asked her out she only said yes due to a deal and then still turned it into a police case she had to be on.
conan said "he just wanted to give them a chance" then show a background image of ran and shinichi, a chance?? what about shiratori?? why can't HE get a chance?? even conan says at the end "i feel sorry for him". OH you mean shiratori the guy you screw him out of a wedding. Conan only screwed shiratori over because he can't get with ran that selfish bastard. I mean realistically he will never go back to his old life and what his doing ran with his lies is wrong.
I feel for shiratori EVERYONE is against him, ran/yumi/chiba, even conan, even the episode i'm on now (yes i know its old) episode 257, conan has to HAND feed takagi clues (I knew this was gonna happen before it was on my screen, but conan uses his voice changer to pretend to be megure to encourge him) and helps him solve the case. REALLY?? conan is freaking biased, hand feeding him the ability to solve cases and hand feeding him his gf. Conan is really starting to become a real b*tch. I read up on wiki shiratori only likes sato because she reminds him of a girl that he liked and inspired him as a child, but come on, that party of the story was only written so we don't feel sorry for shiratori. Also conan/shinichi wouldn't of known that from the beginning, he was just being biased toward takagi
Sorry but screw you writers for this b.s
oh and that episode 257 at the end, takagi solves the crime where the robber who thinks he killed someone but actually he didn't, hell he didn't even push him, he tricked and fell backwards hitting his head on a desk (and the victim hit his head and passed out) then the robber committed a lower crime (stealing from a temple) to cover up his murder (which didn't happen)
the culprit says "covering a minor crime is better then going to jail for years for a murder" and takagi screams at him "all crime is unforgivable" I mean piss of writers, don't lecture me about morals and ethics, why didn't the writers just have takagi state the most important part of the story which was the person he was robbing NEVER died then arrest him case closed, not freaking lecturing him and the audience like that
