ふたりの秒針by 焚吐
Translation: "Our/Their Second hand" by Takuto (Note: "Second Hand" as in a clock.)
Single releasing May 4th
for Shinichi's birthday
This will be his second single. Takuto previously sang
the ending for Young Black Jack and I think it's really good, so there's hope.

Ehh it's just ok. I think he sounds kind of like an amateur Akihide. If he was more experienced it would be better. No idea why they're pushing these new artists. It's not a bad idea but Conan is just too much of a shortcut with its popularity tbh.

Yeah... he sounds very amateurish, I didn't like the way it sounds... I was kinda disappointed... I was hoping for a better one...

it is kinda weird and awkward that my favorite anime of all time is so frequently used as a marketing tool to make a Japanese pop star of the week actually popular in Japan. At least that's the assumption I've gotten from something Jd brought up a long time ago on that subject.
Granted, Ending songs are rarely worth caring about regardless, so whatever...

It's not exactly steaming hot news but I may as well post it here for the record: Ending Song #51 will be "Futari no Byōshin" (『ふたりの秒針』) ("Our (clock) second hand" ?) by singer Takuto. Single will be out May 4th. The new ED will debut in Conan anime April 16 I think? You're welcome to correct.
