Is Kaito more physically fit than Shinichi ?

We saw Kaito roll down a building, swordfight equally against Yaiba and pull out crazy ninja-like stunts

Can you imagine Shinichi do all that?

Granted though, Conan at least can ice skate..

Well, Shinichi has shown quite some agility when evading Ran's kicks, he was in a sports team for a long time and he can travel through trees like Tarzan (Shiragami-sama case). They are both physically very fit people; however, physically fit doesn't mean you can do ninja stunts like Kaito does, those are separate skills like acrobatics and stuff. Could Shinichi pull that off? Maybe? Kinda? Probably.

Yeah they're probably equals but each of them are better than the other at the things they do (acrobatics for kaito, football for shinichi for example)

Probably if Gosho decided to put him against Makoto... Don't think it's even that close either. Kaito is closer to a superhuman overall I guess while Conan has to use gadgets. This is the same with the voice changer.

Well, the question was about Shinichi not Conan, I don't think you can compare Conan to Kaito after all Conan's strength is that of a kid, he said so himself in the first episodes/chapters and Kaito is not superhuman he uses gadgets as well and all his moves are acrobatics and magic tricks and he was obviously scared of Makoto's strength lol, he wouldn't have been able to take the jewel back then if he didn't trick Makoto
