New Opening "Hane" by Koshi Inaba Starts January 9th

Koshi Inaba, best known as the singer of B'z, will be releasing a new single entitled "
Hane" (Feather, 羽) on January 13th. Just prior, the song will premiere as the opening to the Detective Conan anime series on January 9th. This is Koshi's second solo contribution to the series, after "
Overture" was used as an ending theme in 2002.

Then the probability of
appearing in the opening is low to none? I really hope not.

Hopefully. Also now that I think about it, I hope he's in the 20th movie.

You mean LaPompon? No, they're doing the ending. We get a new opening and ending come January 9th

To be honest, I never liked his whiny voice, so I'd prefer if LaPomPon stayed for a bit longer. Let's hope the animation will at least be good...

Hmm... I thought this opening will be a yet another crappy one, but it is pretty listenable. Nowhere near the Truth, Ai wa Kurayami no Naka de or Butterfly Core, but still pretty listenable.

OMG this sounds so awsome!! I'm really hyped for this and I'm hoping for good video after the nazo disappointment

The song's not bad, but have yet to grow on me (I'm hoping the ani sequence fixes that). Still, the new Nazo is pretty meh, so I'm looking forward to this one.

When ever I here or read about a new OP or ED, All I care for is the animation, so music comes second, but this one is not bad, yet I will wait for the animation to decide
