How many dead bodies have the Detective Boys seen? And what about their mental health?

Mitsuhiko, Ayumi and Genta have seen a lot of dead bodies and horrible crimes. Does anyone know how many canon dead bodies the Detective Boys have come across? In all seriousness, what would that do to their mental health? Routinely, the kids go about their day, come across a murder or suicide, and then go right on playing. That can't be healthy. They aren't even 10 and are so used to murder crime scenes they can give non-police adults advice on what to do.

This simply falls under suspension of disbelief. In the end, Detective Conan is a fictional work, that features many unrealistic things like teenagers shriking back to six year olds, them turning back, a floating timeline, the amount of cases and murder in general, Conan's gadgets like the ball dispensing belt, etc., etc. Almost every character should be in therapy by this point, considering the amount of death and danger they faced. Just roll with it.

The Detective Boys must be afraid to leave their houses. They always trip over a dead body.

Well, you wouldn't have much of a show if all the characters had PTSD lol.

^ Well said lol. I don't even think PTSD exists in the world of Conan.
