Where can i get the english subbed (i can find spa softsub but no eng)

You have 3 choices... Watch B-Org's v2 (formerly mentioned HK edit), wait for B-Org's v3 (Jap TLed), or wait for Neg.
It depends on how patient you are.

coz HK sub isn't quite good i think.

It's not bad at all, it's just not perfect. (I can say so, since it was made before I joined B-Org.)
However, we will improve.

Yeah it's not bad at all. I didn't even realise it was a HK sub myself when I watched it.

I have to agree wholeheartedly. It was by far the least good of the Conan movies.

No Heiji, No Kaitou.. Just horrible. Move plot and everything was horrible.

I don't know, I think the first one was slightly worse. At least this one didn't try to place itself into the calendar anywhere specifically.
