as you can see japan has an homicide rate of 0,3 so i believe this is a proof that a lot of criminals should redeem themselves, even murderers.

It might have one of the lowest murder rates, but life in Japan is not a bed of roses, proven by its rather high suicide rate(last time I checked, Atleast and couple of years ago.)

P.S:Even so, how does conan get cases almost everyday if the murder rate in Japan is so low?Or are the police there manipulated into believing that murders are actually suicides and thus inflating the suicide rate??lol

Japan has insane suicide rate though?

It's about safety measured by crimes and homicide. (So the numbers seem to be).
Not by "satisfaction" where you would measure it by suicide or similar things.

And geologically, with tsunamis and earthquakes, japan is not as save as other countries either, if you would use that as measurement.

If this were real life, the detective boys should trip over a body...once in their lifetimes, if that.
