Who is more devilish - Conan or Kogoro?

A topic for fun!
I love how Megure is keep saying that both Conan and Kogoro are either devils, or angels of death.
Like in the newest chapter:
Who do You think Megure considers to be a more threat? Conan or Kogoro?
Who is more devilish - Conan or Kogoro?

It's obviously Conan. Heiji and Megure have noticed that every time they, Conan and Kogoro, show up, there's going to be a case; most likely, a murder. (Obv Heiji knows it's Conan tho.)

That and the fact that even Haibara called Conan a "corpse magnet" or a variation of the sort once. Makes me chuckle every time.

I don't think Megure's opinion matters when we know Conan showing up is the literal kiss of death for someone. XD
(well, literal death not literal kiss....nvm)

I'd say Conan too.
Several times Megure is on a case launched by Conan without Kogoro (with the Detective Boys e.g.)
