I don't mind a lot of filler currently, since it's better for the anime to stay far away from the manga, but at least complete the scarlet series and then you can have 10 fillers in a row, I don't really care.

So far the longest chain for fillers is season 7 with 9, but there weren't too many other fillers that season.

Maybe canon episodes should get stretched to three-parters and get heavily modified like season 1 episodes - which were very out of order.

And episode 629 to episode 641 were all fillers too, except for episode 632 and 633. 11 fillers in a row (nearly).

Except during season 7 the fillers were the following :
-The Coffee Shop Truck's Wild Entrance Case : average
-The Nocturne of Red Murderous Intent (2 parts) : good
-The Big Investigation of the Nine Doors : lame
-A Dangerous Recipe : lame
-A Cursed Mask Coldly Laughs (1 Hour Special) : Excellent
-The Murdered Famous Detective (2 parts) : good
-The Unknown Gunshot That Rings in the Dark : average

Only two really bad fillers out of 9. Nowadays the ratio is more likely to be the opposite.

OMG yes!! I was waiting for the scarlet series

I am quite happy that the scarlet showdown is finally here, although I hated June last year because of bad memories, this June hopefully will be better this year, with anime con in the middle of it. Cant wait for both Anime con and Scarlet showdown
