find the suspects for 'Ano Kata', since apparently his name did appear in the first 50 or something files ?

There are too many and it could be a background character or a person who doesn't physically appear.

All we know is that their name HAS appeared but how are we going to establish which is it? There's too little info on Ano Kata to begin with, could be anyone at all, anyone.

And, besides, that of the "50 first files" is an assumption. It's true that, according to DC Wiki, Aoyama once stated that he didn't expect the series to run longer than three months, but it's the FANS who jumped to the ASSUMPTION that the name was hinted in the early files. Aoyama HASN'T said that.

So don't be surprised if anyone has attempted that: we don't know who we're looking for: young, middle-aged, old? We know no physical traits of the Boss: a clue is that the BO's real name gives away the Boss' name but that doesn't help, either.

I am sorry if my reply sounded harsh, but I wanted you to realize that the "first 50 or something files" is but a FAN ASSUMPTION. It's not official.

We know from an interview in 2006 that the boss appeared or was mentioned prior to said interview, i.e. in the first 551 files. It's just slightly more than 50 files, but there you go.
A couple of German fans have, in fact, made a list of all possible boss candidates based on that information.
