On DCW, I've noticed some things it says about Takagi in the list of people who know about Conan's identity.
It is worth noting however that Takagi is aware of Conan's Stun-Gun Wristwatch
Also, in a recent case Takagi refers to Kudo as "Shinichi-kun", something that is strange considering that the last contact Shinichi and Takagi had (Shiragami case) he still called him "Kudo-kun".
Reading this has gotten me curious. Is it shown how Takagi found out about the Stun-Gun Wristwatch? If yes, in which episode/chapter? Also, where did Takagi say "Shinichi-kun"?

Not sure about the Stun Gun, but Takagi said that line in File 770, page 10 (During Conan's solution of Sera's introductory case).
Talagi and Conan had a long meeting in the elevator where Takagi for sure noted that Conan isn't an awerage kid. None 7 yo child can be this genius to defuse a bomb. Though, I don't remember if Takagi noticed the stun gun during this case. It could be that he just knows that he has it (along with other MI6 Agasa's inventions).
My dad’s a soldier blue I’ll be a soldier, too
When I grow older you will see me rescue you
I’ll teach you this old song so you can sing along
When I am dead and gone the day won’t be so long.
