Personally I just took the plunge and ordered it from Amazon.co.jp. With the book and shipping it ended up being $31 and I should have it by Monday, I think.
Amazon.co.jp (pretty sure you'll need to make an Amazon.co.jp account; if you have a regular Amazon.com account it won't work here)
