You having problems with downloading again??
If you use Firefox, go to Extras -> Downloads -> Click on the file and then it will open itself...

That must be it... Otherwise you haven't followed this or your computer isn't very good.

maybe it is difficult for you to download from the un-english website.
firstly,click the link and enter 3 number into the blank on the up-right side and click the button below
next,wait for about half minute and then click the button "下载"
now you can download the song

this is similar to megaupload
