Even past the first 100 episodes, there are still times where the anime adaptations of manga-based cases adds extra scenes that weren't in the original version, or changes some details, were there any of these changes you noticed that you liked?

There's one slight change in the anime version of the Locked Bathroom case that I really liked: During the deduction, in the manga version, the culprit notices the blood stain that gives her away in the middle of her ranting, in the anime, she pauses for a moment, realizing that she probably is caught, and slowly and nervously turns towards the mirror, where she sees the mark

I think the anime adaptation added extra scenes to the Shuuichi and Akemi flashback story about how they met and how Shuuichi entered the org and I liked those.

I also just that bit at the beginning of episode 001 that just adds a bit of context to that first case in series about the man in the wheelchair, showing him climb across the building. Originally when I first learned of the series I was just stuck with the Dub (hence my user name) in the early 2000s and must have re-watched the first 48 episodes endlessly. That episode 001 scene just really stuck out to me for some reason.

^ I liked that about the first episode too. It was an awesome pre-introduction to the case. :D

Lol Haibara after taking the antidote in the hoodie was done better in my opinion, I think it's episode 700.

Also I think they made the 1h special case with Heiji alot better and funnier than in the manga, ep 651 probably.
