Koshi Inaba new opening would be great, but won't happen, sadly. Maybe a new B'z opening sometime this year instead.

I'm surprised that the Breakerz guitarist (?) is doing a solo ED though.

Personally I wish they'd do maybe two endings and openings per year. What number is it on now? There's just too many now...besides these later ones aren't as good as the earlier ones imo.

Not really. DC is just unusually quick to change its openings compared to other long running series. For once it's following the standard pattern.

Almost entirely tied to GIZA's recent talent drain. Now that they're relying on non-GIZA artists, they have to individually select artists from various labels each time rather than corresponding with the same relative stable.
