An annual Mystery Tour is back again, this time Conan, Ran and Kogorou stepped into Kanazawa, Kaga.

It is Kogorou who requests the Mystery Tour Project.
When Conan and Co. are going around checkpoints together, they are attacked by an unexpected ruffian.
Therefore they　are pursuing the culprit, until event company staff that were traveling together　are attacked by someone!
Just who are they, and what is their goal?
You/They explain another meaning that was hidden by the tour's cipher and continue chasing the culprit!
