They're the Super Digest books mentioned in a footnote at the bottom of that list, it appears. They were certainly released by Shougakukan, and the band on that photo of 20+ calls it an "Official Fanbook". It seems a 40+ exists too.

they have more inside info on the world and characters, but they're not 100% correct because the infodump is too large it's impossible to remember everything, Naruto has some small ones with character strength etc stats and they are filled with nonsense that get contradicted half the time

BTW the images are in Japanese and it is official guide book to the series. It has comment by Gosho Aoyama, Q&A, and disscussion sessions.

It is vey useful when trying to find a case or look up character development, key events, Org. cases, KID cases, Heiji cases

IT gives a summery of of each case EX. 10+ has all cases from vol.1~vol.10, 20+ has cases from vol. 11~vol.20

IT IS A AWESOME GUIDE BOOK!

It looks like it's all shopped from the manga, but there's so many chapters that it's hard to be sure--everything starts blending together after some point.

I recently saw the 10+, 20+, 30+, and 40+ books for myself. These "Super Digest Books" are definitely "official" and are definitely nicely made being published by Shogakukan, but they don't contain especially worthwhile information. I'm sure that Gosho endorsed the publication, but I think editors were the ones that actually sorted it out and put the profiles/etc together. If there's any "new" information in it, I would consider it extraneous at best.

To summarize it for those wondering, they are essentially what you'd expect of a digest: a compilation of the various volumes' stories, character moments, introductions, etc. They have little snippets and clips of the special moments with summaries and things like that. They're nicely put together and would be nice to refresh various important moments and cases should you be able to read them (they've been published in at least Germany locally I believe), but as for containing any revelations or anything, not the case. I think if you've read the cases, they're not especially valuable except to hardcore collectors or those that want to catch up but don't have time to read everything.

I should note that list is from 2010, so there must be plenty of new stuff out there by now. Some of these "summary works" from prior to then may have also been missed out on back then as well.
