Movies including the upcoming one dealing with Black Org are not going to be canon or have any affect in manga, correct?

Who knows? Perhaps it will in the future, but as previous movies have demonstrated, probably no.

I think Aoyama Gosho makes story line in Movie 13 doesn't connected directly with episodes of Anime Detective Conan for example remember Detective Conan Movie 05 it's also about Black-organization Right but If someone didn't see Movie 5 no problem Because is a just side part with story of Anime's Episode of Detective Conan
