DC New Live Action Movie in US?

I was just randomly searching for some DC pictures on google and then I came across this (click on link above)...
I was like thinking really? Cos it says December 2008 but there wasn't any trailers or news about it so i was wondering if it was fanmade or something....but it looks so real!!

I thought maybe Conan was investing a locked room murder on the Titanic. So no Jodie and Vermouth. The real question is why was Gin on the Titanic? Did someone get to close to the truth about the BO?

I opened the link, and I went, "EEEK wtf?!?!?!" I was a bit creeped out with "Conan"...... eeeeeeek.
