Best/Favorite Movie

I suppose since there is a Best/Favorite for episode and case deduction, I would like to know which movie people think was the best (can be plot-wise or just general entertainment) and if different, what was your actual favorite.
I would have to say I liked Movie 6, The Phantom of Baker Street, the best of all of them. It might just because I'm a big Holmes fan as well, but I enjoyed the plot and it kept me entertained throughout.

6 could have been a really good movie, but the actual mystery was just so pathetic that I can't consider it my favorite. 5 had lots of good action and a solid case, but the going up and down and back and forth in the tower got a bit tired. 4 was very nice in that it actually was able to make a good past-future connection, most of the movies that used something from the past as a motive didn't do it very well. 2 was just all around excellence. Parts of 9 were very fun to watch, but the movie didn't come together all that well (the final deduction/battle scene was very fun though).

Actually I really liked #6 because it had to do with video games ^_^
I think I liked all the movies actually. Yup, big fanboy over here ^_^
I think I'll go watch #1 right now!

Movies 1 and 7. Even if in movie 1 the culprit was so obvious, overall the movie was good. I liked movie 7 because at the end all the mysteries in the beginning was solved in the end--even Heiji's first love!

#4 was my favorite of all time... excellent plot and extremely exciting. I don't really like any of the movies after #5, they just seemed like they could have been filler episodes. I hope the next movie is good...

Those are true words (well, except for 6 which is just a silly mix of social commentary and sci-fi lite). It's not that I didn't enjoy the later movies, it's just that looking at them from a critical standpoint they range from bad to awful

I have to say it's between 3, 4, and 5. I really can't say why but I really loved the 3rd movie and it instantly became among my favorites. 4 was also quite enjoyable but the quality I got was pretty sucky so now i have to go back and get a better quality file... And 5 was also simply a favorite.
Aside from that, among the later movies, the only one I really liked was 7. The others were so-so; even 6 didn't appeal to me as much, though I suppose it was better than 9/10/11. I have to say the first 5~7 movies I've seen at least three times but the later ones... just watched 'em once... they weren't that great at all.

I really liked all of em... probably 7 is the least... i didnt like how shinichi turned back just to run away back lol having heiji there already lol (well it was nice that he got to hug ran ^^ thats the moooost important part there for me lol)
but Movie 1 is still my most favorite of em all... dunno why i still feel that way... well maybe its the fact that its the first i guess... still its ending impact was my favorite... oh and the countdown to heaven got a good ending too...
NEED NOT TO KNOW~ ^^

The three I liked the most were the fifth, sixth, and ninth movies (ten wasn't so bad either). I mainly liked the sixth because of the change in scenery and more connections to Holmes as well as Jack the Ripper(but damn, the pictures and descriptions of the corpses of his 4th and 5th victims gave me nightmares...

).
I thought the fifth movie had some great animation and color, and it got more exciting with the involvement of Gin and Vodka in the plot (despite it not being all that relevant). The ninth movie had great ShinRan moments and the twist of the crim caught me impressed, as always. I loved the action-packed confrontation between Kogoro and the criminal, too.

I'm one of the very few people who didn't movie 6. To me it wasn't very interesting because i knew who the murder was the whole time.

I mainly only enjoyed it because of the Conan being in the world he loves. Him being filled with energy, fills me. However, this gives me a question. Can anyone answer to my why Detective Conan's English speaking parts.. sound like total trash? I can't actually understand what they're saying half the time even though it's in English. I wouldn't believe for a second that some of those people were actually from America. I've never actually seen another anime with English speaking in it, so I don't have any other things to compare it with.

lol, that is so true. Listening to them makes it sound they are speaking some kind of weird gibberish that is related to English but not the same.

That was a pretty serious problem.

Movie 5 is great 'cause this is the only movie related to Black Organization.
Movie 10 is exciting 'cause it is the time-attack story and has most characters appeared in the story.
And That's The Border Line! 'Cause Conan Said So!

I liked every movie. 5, 9, 10 are my favorites. 9 was more on romance but how can a bracelet hold a kid?
