Though I have to admit that many of these fanfics about Conan are really boring and lame. And sooooo boring to make this OVA an "Ah, only a dream"-story v.v
Well, I guess it could be a story about the couple HaibaraxConan, so maybe something some fans would look forward to
But if not the producers would perhaps really be ripped into pieces xD

See, that picture doesn't look too bad, because the glasses are still too big for "Shinichi's" face. The reason they don't look as cute in the promo pictures is because they actually fit him... Takes away a bit of the cute factor...

But all of the times it's gone off, there have been FBI (or suspected FBI) members there...

Hmm... Looks pretty good! But still, as many have already said before me, it'll probably be one of the 'it's only a dream'- OVAs. I'm still going to watch it, though!
And they'd better pair Conan/Shinichi and Ai, or else...!

Well there's your problem. You trust wikipedia, something anyone can edit. Just wait until it comes out, and see what the deal is. We can theorize all we want, but its not going to be a "what if" episode. This is not Futurama... not unless Professor Agasa creates the finglonger and the What if machine.... Come to think of it... that would be epic win, just like the South Park FLCL segment.

One day Conan has fever and finds out that Haibara just created an antidote for APTX 4869. Conan goes to Haibara and takes it and passes out. When he wakes up, he is Shinichi again!! He goes to Teitan High School, where Ran also goes, to surprise everyone but the city looks different...
They also say the keypoints:
1. Is the protagonist Conan? or Shinichi? The character that appears on the DVD cover looks like Shinichi, but he has glasses. These glasses represent Conan, which is his identity? does it have something to do with the title of the OVA? Is it only Shinichi with glasses or maybe...?
2. Everyone looks... Aparently the appearing characters look like the characters we know, but they look different... It seems that they've all grown up...

IT IS AN ACID TRIP! Man this is going to be fun!
Seconded. Personally, I believe this OVA is going to be a 13 Going on 30 + Back to the Future type of thing. XD
And for my opinions:
1. The protagonist is BOTH. Conan and Shinichi are the same damn person, anyway. And they're both retarded, so it doesn't really mater.
2. Two words: dream sequence.
3. Ran is sad and happy at the same time. And grammar issue: it should be "something is happening between her and Shinichi". She's sad that Conan/Shinichi managed to lie to her all those years and is happy that he's back--kind of.
