I thought he was talking about movie 5, I'm not completely sure how movie 8 fits :x

I thought he was talking about movie 5, I'm not completely sure how movie 8 fits :x

I agree. The poster never mentions anything about KID, so movie 8 does not really seem to fit the bill.

Yeah, I had in mind the movie 5, though that roof scene from the movie 8 was funny too. Especially when Conan showed Kid his tongue...

This is not my question, but I run into one and cannot answer properly.
It's about the trick in Mystery train case.
At the time of the crime, the wheelchair lady and her maid suppose to exit their room and walk in opposite direction of the conductor.
Later , the murderer open the door with mirrors to reflect on the conductor and the door that open before him (Room A).

I understand that the wheelchair lady leave the scene before the murderer leave the victim's room (Because we did not see her when the murderer open the door.)

The question is, Conan explain that the lady (Kid) ignore the fishing line they suppose to run into, in order not to get involve with case. that I understand.
But it seem to me that the fishing line is about waist height. How can they (or Conan) claim not seeing that in the dark. They should have touch it directly?

@parth7253: I'd like to add that dubbed episodes only go until a certain number (if memory serves, they stopped before episode 129) and that the dubbing was shut down a lot of years ago. So you'll have to switch to subbed episodes afterwards.

It stops at 124 which is 130 in English because FUNi broke the specials (11, 76, 96) down to make them single episodes (probably for TV).
Also, I wouldn't say the dubbing was shut down "lots of years ago" since Movies 3-6 came out in late 2009 - early 2010, so they had to at least keep it open for about that long

@Jecka: Ah, I thought the movies had been dubbed around the time they'd been showed in theaters in Japan. My mistake. But it's true that the dubbing of the regular episodes stopped in the early 2000s, right?
