I just looked at the pictures again and if I'm right, Vodka and that unknown dude have martini glasses in front of them. Maybe it's Vermouth in disguise
On the other hand I would expect Gin to drink it with her. But since he has no glass in front of him, maybe he drank out of the one the barkeeper holds in his hands.

Couldn't that be a sherry glass by the way? The wine glass stem is a bit too long i guess

He said that he always met them in the same bar, "Cocktail", whenever he made deals with them,... The bar in the Daikoku company skyscraper (which is speculated to be Anokata(the boss) company building)

We might get to see the boss' company skyscraper again! ^^

Because retrospectively having all the characters at Tropical Land that day for a simple money exchange seems a bit silly.

It's one thing showing what the characters were doing that day, even ones as minor as Korn and Chianti, it's another having them be at Tropical Land.

Vermouth was in the US at the start of the series, so I doubt she was there. She was most likely just talking on the phone with them.

as for Chianti and Korn, It's an interesting idea to involve them because that implies that it might be more/bigger than just a typical shady trade.
