I like the style from Season 11 (episode 286: Shinichi Kudou's New York Case) and on. Aono-san's drawing seems to resemble those later episodes, while Sudo-san's look more like the earlier episodes.

But doesn't Gosho draw them with monkey ears xDD?
Gosh I'll be happy if someone figures out Gosho's insane proportions (the head to body ratio ffffff).
That made them kinda like bubble-heads.
Just look at the children.
I think what Jodie-chan ccppfan wants to point out is the monkey ears from the earlier drawings of the anime.
Spoiler:
The scary thing is that there is more scenes like this in the episode. They didn't even try.
omg that is horrible...the art style has gone a long way, and thank god.
What is most noticable is that they completely changed Genta...before he was a lot more fat, now i think he's slimmed down to believable proportions, and his head isnt a coneshape anymore.
Plus, the sharpness in the drawings are so much better...sigh this is why I dont like rewatching the old eps, everyone's heads were way too round..
BTW, has anyone seen that weirdo screenshot of kudo shinichi back in the old eps? his head was all weird..and he had side burns LOL
I started watching DC from the very first EP,
which I don't really remeber anything about drawing now.
(I was 4, and I have no idea how I was supposed to remember that)
