Various saturday estimates :
Rough Saturday Estimates (Openers)

355,000 / ¥460 million - Dragon Ball Z: Revival of F (NEW
340,000 / ¥415 million - Detective Conan: Sunflowers of Inferno (NEW)

185,000 / ¥250 million - Furious 7 (NEW)
140,000 / ¥160 million - Crayon Shin-chan: My Moving Story! Cactus Large Attack! (NEW)

Both films are certainly aiming for over ¥800 million, which is incredible! There may only be 2 or 3 films remaining in the entire year that could match or exceed their opening weekends.

Detective Conan is probably playing stronger at Aeon Cinemas, so taking that into account (which I did a bit with my estimates), the two films are probably very close in admissions. It's also tracking 14% ahead of last year's film, which debuted to ¥789 million (easily the series high at the time).

Dragon Ball Z wins the day, with an opening day that'll be difficult for anything to match this year, and it'll will have the higher avg. ticket price advantage over the weekend, but it'll still need to make it at least close in tickets sold.

And it's definitely too close to call a weekend winner based on the Saturday results. Detective Conan is likely to win Sunday, so the winner of this weekend will depend on how close Dragon Ball Z finishes behind it tomorrow.

Detective Conan : 370.066 admissions, 440.378.302 yen
Dragon Ball : 377.511 admissions, 456.787.778 yen

Spoiler: Movie 20 teaser
First of all the much-anticipated Movie 20 teaser -
"a glass of alcohol appears in a gloomy bar, after that we can hear Gin's voice saying: Bourbon, Kir, masaka?"

Oh, does this mean what I think it does? If so, will Movie 20 revolve around it? If it does then that will be the best Detective Conan movie so far.

Spoiler: Movie 20
It means it will be a BO movie, the first since movie 13. Is that what you were thinking ?

No I knew that already, what I meant is
Spoiler:
Will it be about Gin trying to figure out if Bourbon and Kir are traitors? But I think that's too much related to the plot but who knows.

Ah, yeah, that's a possible plot for the movie. Of course, the fact that it's a movie means Gin won't actually find out anything of importance by the time it's over.

Well, I'm pretty sure "masaka" means "Don't tell me", so that implies Gin finds out something he doesn't believe about Bourbon and Kir.

Yup, I bet most of the movie is going to be about a case just like with movie 13, but what I'm really looking forward to is to see Amuro and Gin in movie quality.

Hopefully, by then, we'll have more info on
Spoiler:
Rum
If not, then
Spoiler:
Rum

won't have a role to play.

Movie 20
Spoiler:
Any deviations in canon will be ones that can't really affect the overarching plot—like Kid finding out Conan=Shinichi. Probably, Shinichi/Conan will have to do something that gets suspicion off of Bourbon and Kir. Whether Shuichi/Subaru, Masumi, and the Mysterious Child will be involved is anyone's guess, but since Movie 20 is about the Organization, I'd expect at least some connecting elements like them to appear. Also as per usual, any manga spoilers in the film will be according to Gosho's instructions. Fortunately, he has a year to write/draw more chapters.
On a side note, so far, the Organization's appearances in films has been 5, 13, and 20—will Detective Conan still be going so they can appear again in Movie 27 or 28? (Come on, I know you want to say "yes." ;))

“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent. We would not dare to conceive the things which are really mere commonplaces of existence. If we could fly out of that window hand in hand, hover over this great city, gently remove the roofs, and and peep in at the queer things which are going on, the strange coincidences, the plannings, the cross-purposes, the wonderful chains of events, working through generations, and leading to the most outre results, it would make all fiction with its conventionalities and foreseen conclusions most stale and unprofitable.”
