I mean, Proffessor like cheap effects, he knows how to handle people with bare hands and stuff. And more, he strikes from shadow and stuff.

I think Haibara herself mentioned that her parents were dead. Her mother is, I know. I'm not so sure about her father, but I think that Prof. Miyano is dead, too. Didn't she say that after her parents' death, she was made to continue the research?

They didn't really start the organization, they started the research and the development of the aptx.

i really do believe we've seen "THAT MAN".  except, "THAT MAN" is so obscure, that no one has guessed who he is.  or she i suppose.  vermouth could be the favorite of a woman.  woman's secret and all that. 

So it has to be someone who knows Vermouth. Few know her, those migh be the suspects
