What do you want to see before the series ends?

Any "good guy" recurring character killing someone in self-defense or to protect someone.
Sato in a swimsuit.
Awkward moment where Ran walks in on Shin'ichi and Shiho just after they return to their older bodies (ie, sweaty, breathing heavily, and without clothes).
Ran beating up Gin.
Haibara actually rescuing Conan, rather than trying only to end up being saved by Ran/Shuuichi/Mitshuhiko/Conan herself.
Ran beating up a chikan (besides Kogoro).
Conan actually recognizing he's been reckless but very lucky, instead of an awesome hero who is occasionally "unlucky".

A case where Ran is the prime suspect

that would be a good case...where the real perpetrator sets it up for ran to take the fall and Conan  has to save her....or Kogorou can become competent and solve the case

Well, a lot of things but mostly:

1.- Ran & Shinichi together (that's obvious xd)
2.- Conan/Shinichi destroying the B.O
3.- Vermouth and Gin together (Don't ask why, I know is impossible but I like that couple xd)
4.- Shuuichi and Jodie together (I believe that he's not dead ¬¬)
5.- mmmm... a lot of action and Kaitou Kid *¬*

And some other stuff like Conan chasing the B.O or Ran being a little suspicious about the Conan is Shinichi thing and... I know I wanna put something here but I already forgotten XD...

Oh, and a case where Gin uses a disguise.

I forgot that one. Yeah, if only to restore some credibility to Haibara's warnings. (I'm afraid plans for a Gin-in-disguise plot got changed to the Bourbon plot, though, kinda like how some think that Aoyama might've originally planned for Yoko to have the role Chris/Sharon got as Vermouth.)

-The long-awaited moment where Shinichi gets its normal body back, and goes running to Ran, and she receives him with a Super Hi Jump Kick (Hitmonlee style ).
-Haibara finally creates the perfect antidote for APTX4869. She waits till Conan and Ran go to bath together, and 2 minutes before entering the bath, she makes Conan swallow the antidote, and runs, while Ran grabs Conan and takes him to the bath. Rest is EPIC history
-Akai catches Gin from behind, and with some scissors, he cuts Gin's hair.
-Vodka calls Gin to a room where there's a bucket full of paint (any color) over the semi-closed door. Vodka says Anakota told him he must come without his hat. Gin opens the doors, and then... the rest is history

LOL I'm agree, more pranks it would make more funny, and the few funny parts had been really good so, why not a bit more? LOL

There are a lot of nice suggestions

I would add to some that where already mentioned:

- more background story about the BO members (why did they join? Just for money? Do they actually know the goal of the BO?)
- Eri and Kogoro are starting to date again and will get together
- Satou and/or Takagi get's to know conans identity before Ran or the BO
- DBs will save Conan and Haibara from the BO (like they distracted the BO and they didn't find out conans and haibaras identity because of that)

But Conan always cried.... after Kogoro hit him on the head ;p
