Yep, it does. It appears to end in "...of Sunflowers" from what I can see. It may be "The Hell Fire of Sunflowers" or something like that.

I'm excited for a KID movie as long as it's not like movie 14 where the mysterious KID gets turned into a joke!
also van Gogh is awesome always waiting for an art themed movie since movie 12 came out as music themed

Omg I wonder what happened with Ran-chan there. Even though I'm aware Conan trailers can be extremely misleading, it still gave me thoughts. Conan really looked like he was freaking out big time there.

By the way, I can't help but notice: in the first screenshot the old man and the young girl next to him looked just like Jirokichi and Sonoko (or is that actually them?). Her dress looked similar to the one worn by Sonoko in the Kid vs. Kyougoku case too.

Synopsis:

A certain world-famous painting was to be auctioned at an auctionhouse in New York frequented by the rich. The piece of art was one of van Gogh's 'Sunflowers', a masterpiece thought to be destroyed in Japan.

Jirokichi Suzuki fights off all bidders by putting forward $300 million to buy it, stating that he intends to collect all seven of the 'Sunflowers' paintings that are scattered around the world.

It will be given its greatest exhibition ever in the Japanese museum 'Lake Rock', which boasts iron-clad security, he announces live on worldwide news being watched by Conan and Ran.

He has collected seven specialists known as the 'Seven Samurai' to protect the Sunflowers, but just as they are about to appear, Kaitou Kid suddenly shows up!

He declares war, stating that he will steal the painting no matter what, before vanishing. Why would Kid make such a statement when he usually only goes after Big Jewels?

And just as everyone starts to panic, a high-school detective appears on the scene, having heard rumours of Kid's appearance: Shin'ichi Kudō.

Then, the 'White Shadow' launches an aerial assault on the passenger plane carrying the 'Sunflowers' to Japan...

The curtain opens on an art mystery that blends truth and lies, focused upon a peerless treasure...

It's they, I think, but they looked a bit weird. A plane that got bombed? Looks thrilling

But on a more serious note, this synopsis is somewhat disheartening...

So Kaito is once again pretending to be Kudo? For the third time? Movie 14 should have been the last one to pull this stunt off, especially after its final scene. We can't repeat the same beats over and over again. Then again, the London thing happened since then, so I suppose Ran could pester KudoKaito on the confession, but.... honest to god, I hope it's a misdirection and Kaito isn't actually doing a Shinichi again.
And what's this White Shadow thing? Another criminal/terrorist organization? And they target a plane? Is the studio attempting to do a Movie 14 V2 or something?

I do like, though, that they are taking an inspiration from a historical item like the Sunflowers painting that was lost in Japan and make a case out of it. That's a nice thing. Plus there's nothing wrong with some art elements in a DC film.

I do like the atmosphere of the trailer somewhat. Plus a menacing Kaito Kid can be fun if done right.

The end of the trailer doesn't fit the Conan universe, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a dream. (Like they pulled off with movie 13)
