I looked at the video a few times and here are few of my deductions.

Deduction 1: This movie could have been no relation to the manga and the anime.
Reasons 1: If the BO were to know about Conan Edogawa's identity, wouldnt it will effect the entire manga.

Deduction 2: The part where Gin know about Edogawa Conan's identity could be a nightmare that Conan have.
Reasons 2: The part of the video where Gin saw Conan and his friend through the rear mirror, i would damm sure Conan would have notice Gin's one of a kind car and
                  would be cautious about it and lead his friends away from the present danger but in the video he seems unaware of it.

Deduction 3: There might be more Detective Conan movie to come and this is not the last Detective Conan we will see.
Reasons 3: Cause of the fact that it involving the BO, i dont see any FBI. Usually if i were to create a final movie,i would end with major character like Hattori Heij and last but not least one of my all time favourite Kaito Kid(which rumored that his father was killed by BO, so all the more reason to include him in the film 13)
