What do you want to see before the series ends?

I want:

- to see Mitsuhiko and Haibara together. >:)
- to see a character, who appeared at least twice, die
- Conan to become more human-like
- some (real) drama
- the relationship between Ran and Shinichi to be less corny
- to see more gore

But will the series ever end ? I sure hope Detecetive Conan doesn't become the 2nd Doraemon. *shudders*

Actually, the kids in Doraemon look quite similar to the DB. Could it be foreshadowing ? *shudders even more*

Doraemon 1979 was the second Doraemon.

IIRC, the resemblance between, respectively, Genta, Mitsuhiko and Ayumi on one side, and Gian, Suneo and Shizuka on the other, was stated to be intentional. It's much more obvious in early eps (though Genta's voice is starting to sound a bit more like Gian these days).

What i really want to see is Conan inviting Heiji, Kazuha, Ran, Mouri, Sato, Takagi, shiratori, his parents, Kobayashi, DBs, Sera, Jodie, James, and then trying to explain to everybody what happened and about BO, and when they're finally convinced with evidences, he tells about the number of the boss and asks a police member to call it, when they do, they here one of the people's cell phone ringing. I'm imagining too much

For some reason, I want to see Makoto Okuda (the fake Shinichi Kudo that had plastic surgery) come back once again for another story. After all, he already has the face of Shinichi, so why not utilize that aspect of the story a bit further? Also, the fact that he's a Shinichi Kudo fan could probably strike a nerve to the audience.

He has done those at the middle of a case but it's not really allowed for the case to end in a way that the readers can't get the real truth anyway? I think he should do something alike Moonlight Sonata Murder Case, there's no need to repeat it in a way that Conan can't save someone from killing himself. It could be something like the killer knocking someone into a coma or something. Then again that movie 15 boy in coma stuff was pretty crap, and Gosho doesn't use those ideas anyway. (He loves cheesy moments, but he doesn't use cliche ones at all... Just compare the Amnesia of episode 522 to movie 4. Movie 4 was great and Ran had a great reason to have it, but in the end it's just justified better than what you see elsewhere. )

Oh yeah, now I know. That one case where Heiji confronts the culprit and gets shot. That was fantastic, he could try to do something like that with Conan. Without the shooting part because Conan has already got shot.

Something like Moonlight Sonata would be great indeed but I was more thinking of Conan making an actual mistake and having the truth revealed by another character...say, Okiya. I just want to see Conan fail a bit more often, he is almost robotic in his solving mysteries ways. It wouldn't be too bad if he were a minor character but being the main, the spotlight is always on him and it is starting to get a little annoying. Or very annoying, even.

Depends entirely on how it's done. Actually almost everyone else around Conan gets that treatment but Conan, but it's because of Conan... He outsmarted Amuro during the introductory case and Sera during the bomber case.

Makes me think how people hate Ichigo from Bleach, but he still had his wake-up calls like during the Fullbring arc.

it's bad quality but scenes like in 07:45-> I find it great how they've done that part. Also when he has those dreams and stuff like that.
Also the first episode of the FB arc was amazing since it shows how Ichigo isn't really that nice guy after all. (people hate him because he wants to protect everyone)
what I like about Ichigo is that unlike most characters that say how they never wanted to have exciting lives and only live as a normal highschool student, but that thing is always complete nonsense and they're hypocrites. Ichigo threw his badge away because he didn't want to cling onto the past and he always wanted not to be able to see ghosts and so on.
