A sort of crossover episode with Kaitou Kid involving Conan and Akako meeting up.

Mostly because Conan is a very logical and factual person who doesn't believe in magic, while Akako is a real witch with real magic, and I want to see the logic of the universe collapse when they carry a conversation with each other.

Conan confesses to Ran that he is Shinichi, but she discovers that she doesn't love him because she thinks of Conan in a "little brother/just friends" way. Meanwhile, the Black Organization is never stopped and Agasa is hospitalized with a heart attack and dies.

LOL If that happens Gosho would be crowned "King of Trolls," and I would probably have a grudge against DC for the rest of my life...and I don't think Japan would take kindly to it either.

Another troll ending: Agasa is the BO boss, he's been observing the effects of the APTX on Conan and Haibara and sends his BO subordinates on wild goose chases for Sherry and trololos the whole time.

Not sure if it's been said, but... how about a case where Conan actually manages to stop a murder before one ever happens?

An episode that takes place over the course of a couple months about Conan going to America for a few weeks and coming back weighing over 150 pounds. Then he struggles to lose all the weight and complains that Japan's food doesn't taste as great.

Orient Express style. I like it and I can't think of a time it's previously happened. I might actually care about a filler case if this was the conclusion (they're all blurring into one amorphous mass in my memory).

Lots, and lots of crazy action scenes against B.O. That's it really. I want it to not lose the detective theme so much, but put more action in.
