I feel like this is a little different. For one, it's not like it's completely blocked (yet). There are just some videos that are blocked in the US for some reason that make me stick to "It's because of that stupid YouTube Red thing" theory because that's when I first noticed it happening. You can even check on Being's official YouTube page. All the songs blocked here. Uploading the Ending of an anime is not will not and cannot be protected by fair use. YouTube has been taking down such videos and/or blocking and/or silencing the audio for years.
It's a piece of an episode aired on TV and nothing more beyond that. Whoever uploaded it technically has no going for fair use in the first place.
Not every "mean" thing YouTube does means they are "wrong"

Conversely, not every "mean" thing YouTube does means they are "right." Hence #WTFU.
Believe me, I've had my own videos taken down, and there are times I know very well that fair use can't be used as a defense.
