I feel bad for all the culprits whose motive is revenge for the death of a loved one, and I dislike the culprits whose motive is money or power (though there aren't that many), but I don't really hate them, since there is no point - everyone of them always gets their punishment.  The only one I really hate is Kaito Kid, mainly because of the arrogance and because he never gets caught. I know, it's strange to hate a thief more than murderers, but I guess I have a personal hatred against thieves.

i usually feel sorry for about 95% of the culprits since they have a really good reason and you just feel for them. the other 5% are real jerks or killing for for no real sense like that one anime episode where the killer killed her employee just because she threw a hanger at her or even the one where the dog barks at him so he wanted to kill the dog.

in my personal opinión they just learned a good and valuable lesson,
that lesson is that no matter what the motive is, murder it's not the solution, and i hope this helps them in the future.

well actually that 95% of culprits are remorseful, while the other 5% are irredeemable freaks like that crazy guy that almost killed sonoko, thank goodness makoto (that made his first appereance) saved her.
