help remebering an episode or movie

I'm at a loss here I can't remember the episode or movie where Shinichi takes Ran to the restaurant where his or her (can't remember that detail) dad took the mom and proposed to her. it was a super romantic moment and really sweet.

I have only seen episodes 1-218 so it's somewhere in there.

if anyone can help with this I will be super happy!

Technically, it was 192 & 193.  Since there was a murder at the end of 192, it continued in the restaurant in 193.  IIRC, I don't think they even mentioned that Shinichi's dad purposed there until 193.

the fact that Conan has a grand total of 2 completely linear arcs and the fact that for anything else exactly what episodes go into which arc is something that could be argued for a long time probably has something to do with it.
