From where did the BO members come from ???

We've already known that Vermouth was from the USA, but I have no idea where did the others. Gin & Chianti seem really non-Japanese to me.... Can somebody tell me ? Are the BO members ALL OVER THE WORLD !??

Yeah, most of them came from the moon kingdom. Sailor Vodka, Sailor Chianti, Sailor Korn and Sailor Bourbon. (Just pictured Vodka with sailor moon's clothes, my life is ruined.)

But Gin came from the planet Vegita. In the start we see that he is all the time in his super saiyan 3 form. But as the series continues, he transformed into super sayian 7 (brown hair) and now he is in super sayian 10 (silver hair). After another 200 episodes, he will probably transform into super sayian 20 which has pink hair. and in the end of the series when he will be super sayian 100 he will have black hair.

I think Gin is of asian decent. Despite the hair color, the other characters haven't described him as part foreign. This leads me to believe he is an acute case of the evil albino sterotype minus the red eyes. I'm not sure about Chianti, but there is a good chance Korn is foreign. He speaks in short phrases with large pauses. Since I can't read the original Japanese I'm not sure if that is language difficulty from imperfect fluency or a speaking impairment. Ran specifically described Akai as Japanese although we know he has had significant tenure in America. Kir spent a lot of time in both Japan and America. I don't know if she is an American citizen though. (I forget if we were told that...) I'm guessing Vodka is asian, if only due to his Japanese gangster slang speaking style. The sunglasses make it difficult to tell obviously.
